“From an early age, I’ve had a passion for learning about the intersections between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness– particularly because I grew up around family members with mental illness and I wanted to help them. This pursuit has led me through many careers, picking up a vast and wide variety of work skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills. It has allowed me to work in all kinds of situations with all kinds of people and develop an awareness of the universality of our pain, how we are affected by it, and that recovery is within reach. It has also given me a unique perspective on trauma, and the intuitive ability to help others feel comfortable and relaxed. I am eager to share these gifts to help others on their own paths toward healing.”
