Enhance your results with a 15-minute detoxifying Swedish massage and leave with silky skin from H+F’s deeply nourishing serum, loaded with powerful ingredients like aloe, jojoba, seaweed, algae, green tea, and a bouquet of lavender, rosewood, bergamot, and lemon.

Enhance your results with dry brushing, which improves skin tone, lymphatic flow, and superficial fascial release. An ancient practice from Ayurveda, it is also proven to reduce pain and swelling, particularly for those with high sensitivity.
Pampering Add-ons
Hand or Foot Treatment – 15 min – $35
Heal tired and dry skin on your hands and/or feet with a thorough all-natural scrub, followed by H+F’s deeply nourishing serum, steam treatment and protective moisturizing balm. Treatments for both hands and feet will be 30 minutes for $60.
Facial Massage – 25 min – $60
Enrich your body massage and tend to your tired eyes and facial muscles. After an oil-free scalp massage, your face will receive a gentle cleansing, essential oil steam, and a nourishing serum of seaweed, algae, aloe, essential oils, and vegan oils. Your face will be relaxed and your skin will be hydrated and replenished after a thorough massage assists your skin in absorption, increases circulation, and stimulates new cell growth.
Cold Stone Eye Treatment – 10 min – $20
Soothe and brighten tired eyes with this luxurious 3-layer treatment of fresh cucumber under cold stones and a chilled jade mask. The combination of aromas and sensations will gently lift your eyes and your spirits while your body stays cozy on a heated table. Followed by a deeply nourishing serum of antioxidants to restore a youthful glow.
